Shawna Nelson, Broker.
Having grown up in Southern Oregon, I am very familiar with the Rogue Valley and all it has to offer. I love the outdoor activities, going to the movies, art festivals and being with friends and family. 

For 16 years, I worked in the golf business and turned professional in 2000. Being a professional, I found particular value in customer service, from assisting members and guests with tee times to playing in tournaments and giving golf lessons. Richard Abbott, Broker.
I graduated in 1970 with a degree in business administration from Northern Arizona University. Prior to entering real estate, I was a commercial fisherman from 1970 to 1996.

Living in Hawaii for more than a decade, Charley and his wife Lisa decided to leave island life to open their two children Jeff and Ashley up to new experiences and a greater variety of opportunities. Susan Sandberg, Broker, ABR.
My husband and I moved to Grants Pass in 1999, a year later I received my real estate license. From that point on it has been a very rewarding experience. In 2000 I had the pleasure of being a part of a great group of women who started the Rogue Valley Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. I was given the honor of being the Vice President of Membership the first year of our chapter. I have had the honor of being the local President and am currently serving as the Oregon State Secretary for the Women’s Council of Realtors.  

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with our local schools reading with the kindergarten children. When I need to unwind from a busy day you will find me in my garden. Gardening is the best therapy for me.
