Shawna Nelson, Broker. Having grown up in Southern Oregon, I am very familiar with the Rogue Valley and all it has to offer. I love the outdoor activities, going to the movies, art festivals and being with friends and family. For 16 years, I worked in the golf business and turned professional in 2000. Being a professional, I found particular value in customer service, from assisting members and guests with tee times to playing in tournaments and giving golf lessons. Working with professionals from all walks of life has inspired me to set strong goals in my own life. My mission is to listen carefully to your wants and concerns in obtaining your dream home and I will work honestly with integrity. My enthusiasm and knowledge as a Real Estate Professional will make your home buying experience pleasant and successful. I look forward to working with you.

Richard Abbott, Broker. I graduated in 1970 with a degree in business administration from Northern Arizona University. Prior to entering real estate, I was a commercial fisherman from 1970 to 1996. When it comes to buying a home, people trust my personal touch and extensive experience to make their move a smooth one. I enjoy what I do … the variety, constantly meeting new people! Every sale is different. One thing remains constant, however, and that is my commitment to service. I work hard to stay on top of every transaction and to follow through to get the job done.

Charley Waddington, Broker. Living in Hawaii for more than a decade, Charley and his wife Lisa decided to leave island life to open their two children Jeff and Ashley up to new experiences and a greater variety of opportunities. They had heard a lot of great things about Grants Pass, so one summer, they decided to see it for themselves, they knew they had discovered the perfect blend of summer fun and winter wonders coming together to create the ultimate place to live. Buying a new home or selling your current one is a big decision, which is why choosing the right real estate professionals can make all the difference. Charley is fun to be around, very organized and methodical, with a degree in business and over 20 years of business development experience and exceptional customer service, which makes him the right choice to assist you with your real estate needs.

Susan Sandberg, Broker, ABR. My husband and I moved to Grants Pass in 1999, a year later I received my real estate license. From that point on it has been a very rewarding experience. In 2000 I had the pleasure of being a part of a great group of women who started the Rogue Valley Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. I was given the honor of being the Vice President of Membership the first year of our chapter. I have had the honor of being the local President and am currently serving as the Oregon State Secretary for the Women’s Council of Realtors. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with our local schools reading with the kindergarten children. When I need to unwind from a busy day you will find me in my garden. Gardening is the best therapy for me.
