Having grown up in the small town of Mt. Shasta, CA and having lived in San Diego for several years she and her husband have settled here Grants Pass and couldn’t be happier. Jamie enjoys the outdoors, including the variety of activities this area has to offer, such as mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking and camping. With such natural beauty and a great community, it is truly the best of both world’s.

Shawna Nelson, Broker, ABR.
Having grown up in Southern Oregon, Shawna is very familiar with the Rogue Valley and all it has to offer. She loves the outdoor activities, going to the movies, art festivals and being with friends and family. 

For 16 years, she worked in the golf business and turned professional in the year 2000. Being a professional, she found particular value in customer service, from assisting members and guests with tee times to playing in tournaments and giving golf lessons. Monica began visiting the Rogue Valley several times a year in 1991. She moved to Grants Pass in 2000. Born and raised in San Diego, California, she has specialized in Relationship Marketing the last 15 years, working with clients nationwide. Monica’s approach is to build long term relationships with everyone she works with, which is a natural fit in the Real Estate world. 

Monica is married to Ted who was born and raised in Grants Pass. They have 3 dogs, enjoy rafting, golfing, cooking and the many other events the Rogue Valley has to offer. She particularly enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Donna Myers - Transaction Manager.
Donna is a native, born and raised Oregonian that has seen a lot of changes in our area. Donna meets the daily challenges of making sure that our transaction paperwork is in order and ready for the escrow process. Her expertise as a Transaction Manager gives comfort to our clients and assures that all the details will be taken care of; from scheduling the tests and inspections, to making sure timelines are met. Jan Broman - Listing Manager.
Jan moved to Grants Pass in 1988, and can’t imagine living anywhere else. She has been in the customer service field of retail services for her entire life. She loves working with people and doing what she can to make their selling experience go smoothly. As Listing Manager, Jan works directly with Nancy and Sharon on entering new listings in SOMLS, RMLS and multiple websites. When a change happens to a listing, you can be assured Jan is right on top of it!
